We offer two membership options based on your individual oral health needs. Your provider will help you determine which plan is the right fit.
Essential Membership
$46/mo
or $552/year.
Designed for patients with healthy gums who receive routine preventive cleanings.
2 routine dental exams each membership year

Routine diagnostic X-rays as prescribed by Lindsay Michael Dentistry
1 limited/emergency exam with a necessary diagnostic X-ray each membership year

Periodontal Membership
$69/mo
or $828/year.
Designed for patients who have been diagnosed with periodontal disease and require ongoing periodontal maintenance. Eligibility is based on your individual oral health needs and your provider's recommendation. This membership is intended for patients who have already completed active periodontal treatment.

Our Membership Plan is not dental insurance. It is a direct relationship between you and Lindsay Michael Dentistry, with no claims to submit and no insurance company determining your benefits. Your membership provides clearly defined preventive services and savings on additional care, so you always know what to expect.

A different approach to dental care
Enrollment and payment details
Annual payment: Pay in full at enrollment and the $50 enrollment fee is waived.
Monthly payment: A one-time $50 enrollment fee is due at enrollment, in addition to your monthly membership payment. A valid credit or debit card will be kept securely on file.
Please note: Membership discounts cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits or other discount plans. Services paid through CareCredit receive a 10% discount rather than 15%. Unused included services do not roll over and have no cash value.
